Doctor is great. Reception is not. You guys didn't check my insurance and told me I wasn't covered when I 100 percentage was and now I need to wait 4 months to fix my issues. Eve ln after bringing insurance on the call the best i could get was whoops I guess we didn't check recently. Thanks for being terrible healthcare professionals.

I can't say enough about this office and the GREAT customer service you receive. I love coming here! Great selection of frames that is reasonably priced.

The whole organization goes above and beyond your typical optical. I would advise to go here over the internet and local for frames as well. Simply the best!

Not only is Dr. Shaheen an outstanding dentist, he's also 1 of the nicest people you'll ever meet! He takes his time during your appointment & he genuinely cares about your health. My family have been going to the Shaheen family for generations.

It's hard for me to put only three stars because the doctors here are absolutely amazing and show concern for everyone! I have no complaints on them at all but the girls at the front desk are so rude! There isn't one time where I call or go in and they aren't rude to me. It's makes me not even want to call and make appointments or order contacts or anything. I wish someone would say something or do something about this problem so the whole place could be 5 stars.

Doctors know what they're doing from what I presume, it's really not complicated. Certain girls are lazy or not nice about doing their job but will do. But overbooking and "popularity" i guess here IS an issue. 3 month appointments stuff like that... It does suck. They don't need to care. but good people other than certain bigger ladies.... Only one LOL

Staff i felt was rude and never gave a straight answer. I recently went in to order my glasses and was told it will be here in a week, that a was yesterday.. I call in today and found out it was going to be another week. I am legally blind and need my glasses.. If they originally told me two weeks ot would have been fine, but don't tell me a week just to make me happy. I had problems years ago and I left. I recently came back being told all will be better and now I gotta deal with this. Horrible. I wont be coming back after my order comes in.

Been going there since i was about 8 yrs old im 29 now. I had an appt today that i waited patiently 3 months for an i was running behind so i called an i found out if your 15 minutes late they wont expect you an u have to reschedule . Receptionist says well that's outta my hands. How bout a little customer service to help poeple like me who been waiting 3 months . #Overit
