Love love love this optometrist. She is very professional, polite, and patient. I'm originally from Arizona and have been looking around for a new doctor, dentist and optometrist. Stacey and her front desk ladies are very friendly and polite. My trial pair of contacts were bothering me and they had me come back in. I run errands with my little one and was running late for my appointment. They were still able to take me on the same day and were understanding and thorough. It makes a difference. I appreciate it. Will be getting my husband in soon.

The eye doctor was thorough & well informed. She answered all of my questions without hesitation & explained in a way that she was sure I understood. However, the salesperson was a different story entirely. She was confrontational & dismissive. She avoided answering my questions and and was quite condescending, even when I went back to pick up my glasses. She could stand a few lessons in customer service & humility.
