I was very happy with my entire experience. The doctor was very thorough in explaining everything about my exam and answered all of my questions and Dacie who helped me with my glasses was amazing! She was very patient and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted with my new glasses. She even took the time to make some adjustments to my old glasses that I had previously purchased elsewhere and they now fit better than ever. I really like the fact that you are open in the evening as well as on Saturday which makes it very convenient for people who work. You have gained a new customer in me. Thank you.

Went to 3 different companies and was pretty much ignored at all but Vision works. Both visits were great. I knew exactly what frames I wanted. They didn't have them, but they ordered them for me to try.
Second visit was even better than the first, as I really didn't wait at all. The gentleman sat me down, told me my options, agreed that the frames I selected fit my face perfectly, and he helped me place my order.
