I LOVE this vision center. Joe and his assistants are wonderful... always very helpful and knowledgeable, and Dr. Jeffries is great too. We tried a different eye doctor during COVID because of the wait period, but my kids were anxious to get back to this Walmart Vision Center. We've never had a bad experience. Thanks, guys, for being so friendly and efficient!

I got my lens there but got my frames else where. I went in to get a mark off of them and get my frame tightened. They cleaned but refused to tighten the frames. So I guess I'll be going elsewhere for my next new pair which will be soon cause I want a second pair..

I do love my glasses the frames are really cute. I can't see out of them though. staff is very helpful and kind.. I'm hoping I can get a better rx so I can see and wear them.

Worst employees ever. They seem angry everytime I speak with someone. First I got told I had to pay 157$ for contacts then the price goes up to 178$ and I was told that price. Came up with the 160$ then I get screwed over told I need to make an appointment. Told there are no appointments. Doctor isn't available for a long time. Can't get a cheaper kind. Absolutely ridiculous. How I got spoke to by Robin.. hung up on me. When she made the mistake and could of told me the real and right price that day. Don't go here!!!! Horrible. So unprofessional...

So nice of the optometrist to leave early. I called because I needed to get my glasses fixed. I explained the issue, and I was told they could fix it. I asked if they close at 7, and was told yes. I got there at 6:45, and the kid that was working said the optometrist had already left for the day, and he couldn't fix glasses on his own. He then said someone would be there tomorrow from 9am-7pm, which apparently really means 9am-whenever the optometrist feels like leaving.

Been waiting 2 and a half weeks for a order of contacts.... was told 7-10 days. I can not see. I have a job interview today and I cannot see who I'm speaking too. Thanks edit.... 2 months later and they still take 45 years too get u ur contacts thinking it's time for a switch
