Now I know how this clinic has got so many positive reviews. I recently visited Emerald Eye Care for my son's eye checkup and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered, the staff was welcoming, supportive, and very professional. They guided us through every step of the process with patience and a friendly attitude, which really helped in making my son feel comfortable. A special thanks to Dr. Stephen, who not only examined my son thoroughly but also took the time to answer all our questions in a very kind, polite, and patient manner. The way the doctor explained everything with such clarity gave me great confidence and peace of mind. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care and attention provided at this clinic. I would highly recommend Emerald Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Had to switch eyecare professionals due to insurance changes. I was very pleased with Dr. Culp. He answered all my questions about trying contacts again. He helped me choose the appropriate one based on my prescription and past experience. Unfortunately, the front area isn't very large, the selection of frames are limited due to that. Will 100% recommend to others.

My wife and I just had our eye visit today (so everything is fresh in my mind ). Everything was flawless. From the moment we checked in at the front desk to the minute we left. The location is very accessible. Parking is convenient and abundant. The office ambience is warm and inviting (i.e. not pretentious or stuffy at all). The front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Kyra guided us through all our pre-tests like a seasoned professional. And Dr. Stephen Denny was amazing. He comes across as highly competent, thorough and compassionate. I am pretty sure we'll be sticking with Emerald Eyecare going forward and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The bar is very high for me for eye care. I had the best ophthalmologist for nine years in Florida. He and his staff were top-notch (so much so that I scheduled my exam each year on my birthday!). Emerald EyeCare was just as great. I was greeted by the friendly staff the moment I walked in, instructed on what to do, and made to feel at home. Each optician was very thorough and explained each test as I progressed through the office. Dr. Kulp was patient and did not mind (or at least did not outwardly display frustration) when I had difficulty choosing between "Number One" or "Number Two" the 53 times I was asked to make the increasingly more difficult choice. At 57, it just gets harder. But it was a very thorough exam with explanations at every step of the way. I felt as if my eyes were in good hands. I was asked repeatedly if I had any questions and there was absolutely no rush with my appointment. I would highly recommend the practice.

I have been a patient at Emerald EyeCare for many years. I see Dr Culp who is thorough, kind and helpful. He explains eye exams and results completely. He encourages questions and patient participation in decision making re treatment. The staff is efficient, personable and helpful.

Dr. Denney is a very knowledgeable eye doctor and very thorough. She has a fun personality, which makes your visit enjoyable. She is easy to relate to and makes sure you understand everything she says.

This is a great office! Emailed them to schedule as soon as possible, they responded in just a few days and got me and my partner scheduled just a few days later. Going into the office, everyone at the desk was super friendly. We were seen by Dr. Denny and he was wonderful! Super kind, and I very much enjoyed talking with him and his explanations of what different things I was seeing meant. I was also able to select a new set of frames, and Kyra, who assisted me with checking different options and pricing, was also wonderful! Overall a fantastic experience, I hope to continue using this office.
