I see dr Michael wells. I am always glad to see his entire staff and especially dr wells. While always being friendly and pleasant he is also compassionately serious He tells it like it is which is what I want. Plus he always has a listening ear welcome to hear what I have to say. Subsequently I am not afraid to ask any questions no matter how trivial they may seem. Can you tell I am pleased? I have sent friends to dr wells as well

I feel privileged living in a community with access to such exceptional Healthcare especially in the specialty area of advanced eye care. I had a situation where I needed immediate attention and I was seen immediately. The scheduling was 15 hours after I called in but it was the end of a business day they offered that I go in that evening. They were prepared to handle any situation. I had one visit laser surgery, a second visit more laser surgery, a third visit follow up many weeks later. My eyes were dilated each time. Reason for writing this is regarding a isolated situation where a staff member did not use gloves for protective barrier to put a series of eye drops in my eyes. The lead doctor responsible did where gloves and the other technician did wear gloves. there were multiple staff members I saw during the visit but this particular staff individual upon sitting down and discussing updates did not wear gloves to put the dilation drops in I thought it was strange that they physically touched my face as well as did they make contact to my eyes with the eyedropper and the eye dropper touch my eye several times. it seemed a bit slack and inconsistent with other staff members so I'm bringing it to light. The primary physician it's very professional, so I'm just bringing this to light so there is awareness of the inconsistency of use of PPE gloves when eye drops her administered. I kept thinking that something might be transferred to me and then I can expect to become ill but I don't want to camp on it I'm just reporting it after receiving the survey. Thank you

I have been treated at the Havener eye institute for over a year. To include a few surgeries. Mt care has been top notch without question. The staff and dr.'s are all very professional and kind. I have a little ways to go but I wouldn't recommend any place else for comprehensive eye care. I thank everyone there for Help ng me see

Everything is great!. Only thing is ,is my recovery time takes so long. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days to recover from my injections. I would love quicker time to regain my sight after each injection. Any tips would be gratetful. It is 100 % better the way I am treated at Osu than at the Dr i left to begin treatement with Osu. Thank you so much for your care. Love everything about your services. The staff are vey friendly an seem very knowledgeable about their pactice.I will keep returning to Havener Osu for my ttratrment .

The first time I met Dr Ohr he made me feel comfortable and at eaze that everything will be fine.He did a wonderful job on me I'm so thankful for him and his awesome staff everyone was so nice I recommend him highly,Now I'm on my recovery journey and I feel so much more confident then before Thank you.

I always have a good eye care experience with Dr Ohr for many years now. He is so good about calling and checking on me after surgery which I just had on Monday. I appreciate that. THANK YOU DR OHR FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY EYES. YOUR STAFF THERE IS WONDERFUL TOO.

We have had a wonderful experience at Havener Eye Institute. From being greeting at the door, a friendly face showing us where to check in to meeting with Dr. Casey and her associates. Dr. Casey has taken the time to thoroughly explain my daughter's condition s well as the options for treatment. We feel like we are in great hands!

I'm very thankful that there are Drs who take the time and hear your concern s . Dr Anna and Dr Zang and staff are amazing and such a great comfort when there's something going on . They take there time explaining and you can just feel a great peace about what is happening to you and realize they genuinely care and understand . Awesome place everyone is very nice and friendly .
