Every person here is friendly, polite, responsive and informative... across the board. And somehow they also come across as genuine. Glasses have been great, the couple of small issues I have had were dealt with very quickly. Apparently they don't have any appointments outside normal business hours, which is an issue for my wife...but not for me. :)
