This office has a very calm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every staff member I interacted with was kind with the same calming tone and communicated clearly with me for each step of the process. The doctor was engaging- listened, gave helpful feedback, and shared knowledge in an engaging way. I felt heard, seen, taken care of, and equipped to continue taking care of my vision. The imaging and explanation gave me a new appreciation for this field and for my own (eyes and brain!) I was impressed with their ability to create this kind of experience and even do so efficiently! I can finally see what all the fuss is about! My visit to this office was truly eye-deal from start to finish. The staff is iris-istible and made me feel like the apple of their eye the moment I walked in. Dr. Mike is a real visionary who took the time to explain my results without making me feel like just another pupil. If you're looking for spec-tacular care, look no further--this place is an absolute sight to behold! 20/20 would recommend!

I echo all the other reviews here. I have never "liked" going to any doctor, but it was a fantastic experience from scheduling the appointment online to walking out the door. I was greeted with warm smiles and every single employee was genuinely nice. Everything was super easy to manage online beforehand and I loved how helpful Dr. Rengert was. He was personable and explained the images of my eyes in an insightful way.

This morning Dr. Lucy Pickering examined my eyes and tested my vision. There's a lot going on with my left eye, in particular, and Dr. Pickering did an excellent job testing my vision, analyzing my eye health and suggesting next steps associated with my cloudy vision in the left eye. Really appreciate her style and her expertise. Highly recommend!

Transferred in as a new patient which was extremely easy... no medical forms at the actual visit! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr Delmore was fantastic and genuinely cares about the patient. Highly recommend Shamrock!

I would strongly recommend Shamrock. I was there yesterday 2/2/2026, and that was my first eye appointment in 20+ years. They are extremely organized, very professional, and super friendly. They answered all my questions in regards to glasses, insurance, frames, etc. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Experience for my appointment was good but then when I run out of contacts and tried to order more as fast as possible, I couldn't get an extra pack or two from my own eye doctor because of their "loyalty program" since I didn't order through them. I have one pair of contacts in my eyes left, who else should I go to but my eye doctor? Imagine my surprise when I hear about a loyalty program where they can't help a patient unless they pay way over cost for ordering contacts through them exclusively? Is it loyal to a customer to burn a hole through their wallet ordering contacts through this office when it's easier and more affordable to order elsewhere? Wouldn't it make sense to retain a patient instead of trying to get them to capitulate to some "loyalty program" when I come to their office so that I can see properly? What is even the point of this office? I would have been fine coming back for my checkups because the experience was good but I'm just deeply disappointed now and don't want to come back at all. The lady at the front desk who helped me was kind and courteous but whoever came out to lie about a loyalty program lost her office a patient.
