I will always go to AcuSight from now on! The ladies are very kind and very helpful! I have a rather "unique" eye condition and I had put off getting my regular required eye exams because I was afraid no one would listen to me when I try to explain but I the team at AcuSight made me feel very calm and relaxed about everything and actually made me feel heard and worked with me, not only to assist me with getting new glasses but are helping me monitor my eye condition and keep it under control. I just can't say enough good things about the team at AcuSight and how thankful I am for them!

A very clean place with an extremely attentive team. Both the staff and the doctor were very kind and caring throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience easy to understand. I definitely recommend this office!

I was looking for an eye doctor rather than go to a Walmart. Someone who had a good reputation and was conveniently located. Dr Siegel was kind, patient, answered all of my questions and went through the insurance coverage as well as payments. She answered my questions about the patient portal, she even helped me find a style of frame that fit my round face. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and Dr Siegel answers all questions without making you feel rushed. I walked away feeling really confident about the visit and will be a returning patient. I highly recommend and will be sending a few folks her way as well).

Decided to try after always going to Northwest Eye Surgeons in New Albany. The only issue I have is with the lab they use. I get high index lenses that cost me over $200 with insurance. In my home lighting when cleaning them they always look like they have hairspray all over them no matter how many times they remade them. I don't use hairspray! Unfortunately I'm going to have to go back to my previous place because they have a different lab that doesn't have this issue.

Dr. Siegel and her team were amazing! So efficient and very caring. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options to start me down a great path to resolving my chronic dry eye. Can't wait to go back !

Beware when booking an appointment at this office or signing any forms. I submitted an online request for my annual eye exam due to it being a Super Saver provider through my eye insurance. During my exam, I answered questions about my medical history since it was my first appointment, and I walked out with a new prescription. Rather than send a claim to my eye insurance, which would be fully covered, they billed it to my medical insurance, and I was charged $180. I called expecting it was a mistake they would happily correct, but instead I received pushback claiming that I was responsible because I signed a form that stated that an appointment can be billed differently and doesn't have to be communicated during the exam or even require verbal consent from the patient for the change. I have filed an appeal, including fraud with my insurance company. Acusight is sending letters threatening to turn it over to a collection agent or small claims court. If they billed it to the correct insurance, they would have been paid in full. Awaiting approval from my insurance company, hoping their office is held accountable and no one else experiences what I did. ***In response to your reply...My frustration is not with the insurance company; they cover it based on how YOU bill it. My optometrist billed it correctly for years; I only left their office due to proximity. For the last 4 years, their office billed it first as an annual eye exam covered by my eye insurance, and then as a medical visit once I chose to return for further scans, which was all communicated to me. Your office chose to bill my first annual visit as a medical visit, as my insurance company verified when I spoke with them, rather than submit it to my eye insurance as it should have been. They informed me that they legally have to pay it based on how YOU submit the claim. In this case, YOU are the problem, not the insurance company as I have had the same insurance and have NEVER had a problem with the billing until I went to your office. If you stop fraudulently submitting claims and blaming the patient or insurance company, you will keep your business.

Dr. Siegel and her staff are excellent and will answer any question you have. The office atmosphere is very modern and calm with plenty of seating. I have never had a waiting time over 10 mins and appointments are always on time and last about 20 mins. Very efficient office!

Dr. Siegel and her staff were delightful! They were able to fit my appointment in quickly and start me on a path to help with my vision. Looking forward to going back for check ups and to test out my various contact lenses.
