I wanted to give a shout out for Dr. Mary Curtis. If there were a better word than phenomenal to describe how she is, I would use it. She is very much more than phenomenal!! She puts an enormous amount of heart and soul into the work she does! She also has an enormous amount of care for her patients, more than most doctors do! If there were a bigger than a 5 star rating, she definitely deserves one!!

Came all the way 30 mins away to have to get turned around knowing when u have an older customer it's always good to follow up with a call to make sure there time is correct they would not see us and the greeting wasn't good maybe to none color people I sat here for hour the dark skin people that walked in didn't get a big greeting and smile from the people sitting at desk but I can say the lady at the front desk was great other then that nope this is not a cool friendly place at all!

There are zero concerns about patient privacy, and your information and health choices will be publicly discussed after your visit, often with your kids present. Stay away from this place if you enjoy medical privacy & HIPAA laws. Would not return or recommend to anyone!

Like the informality of the Gahanna Clarkson store. As soon as I walk in the door and sign in I can start perusing the selection. Not so with some other eyeglass chains in the Columbus area. Their optometrist crew, doctors & techs are excellent professionals. Great selection of the established brands I like and also trendy brands I never heard of but also like and are good values. The sales crew is very helpful and easy-going. They take MANY or ALL eyeglass insurance carriers and conveniently list them all on their website which is VERY appreciated! 5 star operation!

Clarkson is completely incapable of billing to insurance correctly. I went there two years in a row and both years they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars that should have been covered by insurance and it took many phone calls to resolve. BEWARE!
