Dr. Shank took the time to explain what she was seeing during the exam, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and explained my prescription changes instead of just handing me a piece of paper. When I mentioned issues I was having, she provided specific actionable steps I could take to address those issues. Picking out frames was also a genuinely pleasant experience. They were very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and genuine patient care.

The eye care examination was completed yesterday. The staff was courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the office. I was escorted into each station with care and concern. All staff members answered every question asked! Dr. Amway conducted the examination with precision and professionalism! He did not rush through my appointment.
