Although the receptionist greeted you when you walk through the door, she needs to leave her attitude at the door or at home. The Dr was nice but it's always nice to say hi when you walk in the door.. The lady that helped me with the ordering of my glasses was sweet and pleasant.

I have been a patient here for awhile. But my last visit was my last visit. First and foremost the doctor and the check in was great, but in the paperwork here come the extra charges and the attitude from the check out table. She seemed to not liked that asked about charges, then said well you discussed it with the doctor but this one time we will take off. So I didn't know it was an up charge on contacts because it wasn't before. So I asked again, she noted I didn't have a fitting so I'm good. Not that it's still a charge. I took the contacts prescription and sample back to get my money. Told the check out staff her energy was off. She tried to speak again, it was a no for me.. but thank you Doc for your services. I will not be back.
