Took my 81 year old mother to her appointment. They took her insurance information & copay but left us sitting in the waiting area for 4 hours! Even the office girls went home! I finally went & found someone back in a room to inquire. Was informed that they'd marked her as a no show! We'd only been sitting there in plain sight for 4 hours!!! The desk girl was busy showing off pictures of her puppies. Don't waste your day by going there!
