I've called two different times for a appointment and they are backed up between a month to two months to get in to see them. My question is if you have that many patients and you can't get them in at a reasonable time, wouldn't you either hire more doctors in and if it's because your place isn't big enough to hire more doctors, get a bigger place or stop taking new patients?If a person is having a hard time seeing, they can't wait a month or two to get a appointment. When it comes to eyes and seeing,it needs to be taken care of right away.That is the only problem I have with them. I'm sure they are a great eye care facility to go to but, you all need to do something about patients trying to get appointments that take so long to get in to see a doctor!!!!! Ridiculous to take so long.
