So, I paid $80 in cash for an eye exam and $280 on my debit card for glasses that should have been covered by my VSP insurance. Walmart vision center lied and told me that I did not have insurance and now after I've paid, they can't refund the money. I'll never again go to Walmart vision for anything.

Awesome experience and could not recommend more. Kim and Charlotte are amazing and the whole team is great. Sorry for not getting everyone's names but they were all very helpful and friendly. Got exactly the glasses and contacts for me. Dr Lysandrou will explain things to you if you listen. Great hard working team and would recommend to anyone. They are very busy for a reason because they are good at their profession!

Went back because I had a problem with new prescription. Felt like I walked into a court room. The woman I had to talk to was very rude and acted like I was her worst enemy. Argued everything I said and wouldn't even let me get a word out without interrupting me. The doctor wasn't much help either. The other ladies in there were nice but not the one I had to deal with. Will never go back and will make sure I let everyone know to go somewhere else

My husband and I both had eye exams and purchased lenses a few months ago. Went back twice explaining that both our prescriptions were way off and we could see better out of our old prescription better than the new one. The doctor examined us both again and never changed anything. He basically said it could be a problem with the place that actually makes the glasses. Long story short we both have glasses we can't wear. Never again will I go to a Walmart for eye care. Staff was also rude.

Very unsatisfied with how my exam went! The doctor was rude. He didn't explain anything to me. He didn't let me know anything about my eyes. I also told him I was having problems with my left eye and he didn't seem the bit interested in hearing what I had to say! NEVER going back and disappointed I wasted my yearly appointment with them.

My an a friend of my had appointments 10 min apart. She was seen 42 minutes later an he was seen 58 min from his appointment time later, The problem was after seeing the Dr the ladies helping you that measure you an order your glasses answered the phone an was on that call for 11 mins. My friends Sat there for the same reason. That wrong. All together we was there 2 hours 14 min. . That's to much time. Thanks hope this helps
