Family EyeCare

I have been trying to pick up contact lenses for over two months. I work out of town and when home I have meetings that at times are unscheduled so trying to keep an appointment is difficult. I have worn contacts for over 20 years and know how to wear them. I finally went to the office today 7/31/25, and was given the same comment that I would have to schedule a fitting; again, I cannot guarantee that I could make any appointment. But I was personally there today. Becoming frustrated, I told the office staff that I did not want the contacts and would be taking my Business elsewhere; alI I received was sarcastic comments "Thank God" and "Have a blessed day". Very poor professionalism.

Got into my appointment on time hardly any wait, not rushed, very friendly staff, Dr Hannah helped explain everything about my eyes and my glasses very well, the staff were nice at helping me pick out glasses. highly recommend

Jennifer was so good yesterday at helping me with my eye test and helped me save a lot of extra expenses. I felt really good being there and Jennifer is a great Optometrist and I would suggest her service to everyone needing their service. Thank you for being so helpful. Paul Nickels

If you've not visited Dr. Jennifer Annon at Family Eye clinic in spring valley you're missing out. Absolutely awesome eye professional! - tried to find on FB to do a FB review but found nothing!
