The staff treats you like a number. They dismissed my concerns about my vision and when I had to return and exchanged the contact lenses they ordered for me, it was like a burden to them. I know my eyes but they were not hearing it. I now have a years worth of contact lenses and I can barely see out of them. I will not be returning and have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. One of the worst experiences I have had at a medical office..

Had eye exam at first of year and bought my 1st pair of glasses in over 30 years (had lasic surgery). Holly was absolutely great. Helped me find the glasses I needed for A good fit (larger than normal). I was in yesterday for an issue with lenses and Ruthie took great care of me as well. These ladies all work really well together.. I will be back..

I was visiting from Michigan when the screw fell out of my glasses and was lost. I called the office the next morning and asked if they could repair them. They told me to come in and they would take care of them. Boy did they, not only did they replace the screw but, they also made adjustments, tightened, and cleaned them. When I asked what I owed they said it was free. I couldn't walk away without giving them something. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. I really appreciate everything you did to help me!
