Dr. Michael Moorehead is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. He was thorough, kind, very smart, and took the time to do extra tests to be sure I had the correct diagnosis and lenses. He explained things in ways I could understand. He found I had a stigmatism and it likely had been there for years but none of my previous doctors had done the extra tests to find it. His reception staff and technician were also friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment was easy and they had openings within a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Moorehead and his staff!

I have been going here for about the past 6 years and have had great experiences. Dr. Mooreheard is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He is very thorough with his plan of care. The rest of the staff are all extremely friendly. I received the IRPL treatment and after the 4 treatments have been completed, I no longer notice the dry eye symptoms I had before. I am overall very pleased with the care I have received here. The ladies at the front desk are great and always return my calls promptly.

I recently visited Hamilton Eyecare Center for the first time due to my insurance changing and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly due to a cancelation and of course, needed new glasses. It is so nice to have glasses that are clear and don't have any reflection or glare on them like my old pair did. (Previous eye doctor's office screwed my lenses up several times.) I had to stop in one more time to have them adjusted and the optician was so patient and worked hard to make sure they fit correctly. Thank you to everyone in the office for your help! I'm thrilled with my new glasses!

I'm very disappointed with my experience. Dr Shannon was wonderful and always is . But my overall experience was poor. I paid nearly $400 for a pair of glasses even with insurance coverage. Their frame selection is awful and no assistance from the Opticians in selecting the correct frame for my face structure and needs. It took over a month to get my glasses back and I have been back twice to have them adjusted. I still cannot wear these glasses.

Had excellent results from my exam. Had had trouble for years getting good prescriptions from others, possibly due to do much astigmatism in my right.. eye. I was definitely concerned it might happen here as well. It had been 5 yrs since my last exam, my vision had changed a lot, and at nearly 70, I also was concerned my vision might not be very correctable. I can happily say, I am extremely pleased with the results. I can see again, with prescriptions better than I've had in many years, and each pair fit perfect without without manipulation. Very happy.

Great Doctor and staff. It was a bit crowded and busy, but they still took me in to the Doctor in 15 minutes. The Optomotrist with the jeweled glasses and pony tail was awesome. So friendly and helpful. I am very pleased but will post a further review once I get my glasses which were quite expensive but I got the Transition lenses and nice frames.
