I had an appointment with one of the virtual doctors about three weeks ago, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to address all of my concerns, which I really appreciated. The appointment went smoothly, and the doctor came on quickly and thoroughly explained all of my testing, including the overall health of my eyes and my new prescription. I'm extremely happy with my new prescription and can see so clearly now. I also loved the wide selection of glasses, and the prices were very affordable. I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr to anyone looking for a great eye exam experience!

There were issues with my appointment regarding the virtual optometry aspect. Meghan was working with the doctor through the telehealth deal and we seemed to have been waiting an extended period of time. I was ok with that. Meghan is a sweetheart and was very personable. Kudos to Dr. Reffner as well. I would have had to reschedule my Synergeyes exam, but she stayed later for me and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. She is always easy to get along with and very attentive. Thank you all again for your kindness. Looking forward to future visits!

Needs a 6th STAR! Amazing care and service. Lucy was communicative about the process and exams. She ensured I was comfortable. She was personable and friendly. Holly was a rockstar. She has this... superpower and can find the perfect frames! I would have never chosen them but she knew! Also. she explained why I struggled with my first pair. (exam and purchased elsewhere) I had anxiety about wearing glasses. My first experience was not informative. I did not feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain how I would use my glasses when driving, working, and how to adjust while wearing them. She broke down pricing and explained the costs. I have two beautiful trendy pairs of glasses that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank You MyEyeDr. I highly recommend! The virtual exam is easy and trustworthy! I found it kind of fun!

The staff at this MyEyeDr. office are so fun and kind. They are easy to talk to, are able to answer my questions in a way that's understandable, and run their appointments on time. Great job!

I had the very best experience here! I had kind of a complicated request which took a lot of time to figure out. Jill, the office manager, took the time to find the correct answer and to get it all sorted and processed even though she was the only one there and had a growing line. She didn't brush me off but instead gave me wonderful service with a great attitude. Totally recommend!

I give congratulations to Holly and Lucy. These young ladies were so helpful before and after my eye exam. I like my glasses too. However I did not appreciate Dr. Marian Mekhaiel. 1. She did not wash her hands on entering or leaving my eye exam ( and yes, she touched my eyelid as she needed to shine the light in my eyes). 2. She did not address my concerns, which I still have. My left eye is still blurry on the lateral aspect and I have new, dark floaters on that side. Even with my new glasses.

So very disappointed. I waited 17 days to get my glasses. I called myeyedoc just to find out they did not order my glasses. They did not tell me to come back in or anything just sat on the phone and said I'm sorry there are no notes. I was there for 2 hours the day of my appointment 2 hours just for them to not do what they said they were supposed to do. Now I have to find another place to get glasses. So very sad!

I had an amazing eye exam here! Lucy, Dr. Reffner, and Holly were amazing help! Will definitely be coming back for future eye exams!
