I just wanted to leave a thank you to Tyler and Josh who helped my son (7yr) get his 1st sets of glasses. Both of them were knowledgeable and kind to us, helping with insurance. Tyler made my high energy son comfortable and he honestly has the patience of a Saint. He made sure that the glasses fit properly and explained how to care and maintain them. We will definitely keep going in for our eye care needs.

I never leave good or bad reviews however felt as if people should know what they are walking into before going here. The customer service here is completely awful. I chalked it up to just a bad day a couple of times but this morning I was hung up on after they canceled my appointment (I wanted to keep this appointment). Today was the final straw for me. There is just no reason to be so rude.

I got glasses from this location last year that had to be sent back because they were the wrong perscription and was treated horrible from the George gentleman so I went to the Princeton road location this year and had no issue's.
My elderly mother went to this location by mistake. We went today to pick up her new glases and they are no where near her perscription. We politely asked if maybe the lenses we in the wring sides by mistake and he got really rude and red faced " It not our mistake ma'am and you'll have to wait til thursday to be examined again!" I have never been talked to or treated this way from anyone in customer service in my life..
We left with my elderly mother in tears because she felt like she did something wrong...
I just read complaints from 2017 about this George gentleman (Grey hair grey beard) and it seems that customer complaints must not matter at this location cause he still has an attitude and no customer service skills.
I hope that customer service can transfer everything to the other location so I don't have to snap back at this guy!

Great price on contacts and glasses-but don't have the optician do your exam. He over-corrected me, said I had astigmatism and told me my foggy contact lenses were dry eye. Year later and different (much better) optometrist (not at Walmart) told me all these things were incorrect.

I stopped in to inquire about an exam & glasses. The man working continually sighed at being bothered. He gave me one or 2 word answers & I had to push for information. Finally, I asked a question & he just didn't answer. I was the only customer in the optical dept and he was not on the phone. He simply didn't want to deal with me. 10/20/17 @ 2:45pm. White hair, white beard. Didn't catch his name.

You all look miserable and clearly you hate this job...,too busy to ask questions. All the huff and puff from the guy..sorry for asking questions. Short staff I recommend hiring more employees.definitely going somewhere else. Not wasting my time here. Hopefully you're lucky to get the right one to help you.

I had an issue where my regular Optometrist dropped me as a patient, after 15 years! Apparently, no one no longer carries my insurance plan (through the state, Caresource)!! Believe that!! When it came time to call and actually make myself an eye appointment, I literally called 9 other (Eyecare) specialists in the city of Hamilton before I found these guys!! They're a blessing in disguise.
