The service at the Huber Heights location was exceptional! Toni made the pre-exam process such a joy. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable. I can be a bit unorthodox when it comes to ordering glasses, but Chloe answered all of my many questions with patience and a smile. She's incredibly helpful and well-informed. Denika checked me in quickly and even checked on my progress throughout the visit, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend in Huber Heights!

This is my new favorite place for glasses and an eye exam because Maknilan was amazing!! If you need a discount, she's there to help if you need someone or somehow to make the glasses work she's there to help and she knows what she's talking about and she get you in and out fast, I will be back!!! quality and kniwledge were top notch and her customer setvice was beyond amazing thank you Christie Reda

Very unprofessional! Woman was extremely rude on phone. Did exam. Got contacts. Doc said nothing about a follow up. Then now to get more i have to do another exam because I didnt come for follow up. Got insurance yesterday and argued with me that its not active. Strange because I have a damn insurance card. Do not recommend. I had to hang up on the woman on the phone because she was getting snappy

This was my first visit to this eye doctor and the entire office was AMAZING! From the time I walked in I was treated with such kindness and wonderful care. I felt so comfortable through the entire process and everything was explained throughout with great detail I got to work with Holly, Spencer, and Chloe who were all so great. They even helped me pick out some frames that looked amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Kathy was fantastic to work with. Took the time to show me lots of different styles and helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses that I'm pleased with. I would recommend going to see Kathy if you need to order glasses. She will take great care of you!

I don't leave reviews unless a company goes either far above or far below my expectations. I felt compelled to write about my experience here because I was so thrilled. I've always gotten nervous before any doctor appointment, even one as simple as an eye exam. Holly did my pretest exam, and she made me feel so comfortable and understood my anxiety. She was funny, kind and patient - and is the first tech who's ever been able to do the "puff in the eye" test on me on the first try! The tech who helped me in the actual exam room was also very friendly, though unfortunately I did not catch their name! We had a great conversation while waiting on the doctor and I appreciated the relaxed, positive atmosphere. I wasn't a big fan of the virtual doctor visit, but it's whatever. The people who actually work in the store are awesome, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

America's Best gives you great value for your bucks. I would give 10 stars. The office is very clean & the frames are organized. The location is great with plenty of parking spaces. The staff is incredible. Donika is so personable, along with Toni, Spencer, Makalah & Dr Bayles. There was one other young lady. I didn't get her name. She was organized & signed me in. The prices are great & no pressure. Very nice designer frames as well. I didn't want to leave. Everyone was so nice to me. My appointment was quick & efficient. I highly recommend Huber Heights on Old Troy Pike @ Northpark Center.
