I had to switch optometrists because my insurance changed. My first visit was today and the experience was great. My exam was quick and easy. The front office had my benefits handy to help answer questions about glasses/lens cost. The selection of frames was nice, and I was able to find a perfect pair. Very pleased!!!

Edited to add that it is the office in Tipp City, not Huber Heights. I needed to find a new office and this one was close so I figured why not? My appointment was this morning, the wait was short and the staff was really nice. When it was time to choose my glasses, they were very helpful in recommending frames and colors. They listened to what I liked and did not like, and helped me to pick the right fit for my face. I walked out confident in my choice, even though it was way outside of what I would normally gravitate to, but I did not feel rushed and pressured.

I've had good experience being seen, staff is friendly, buying good priced glasses, but I wish they'd update their hours online. I've been there twice now to pick up my new glasses and their website hours don't reflect when they are really open. I'm going to ask them to mail me the glasses.

not really happy with my experience bought 400 pair and they're already broke. i called to get my PD so i could order some replacements only and the person on the phone said "We don't Give those out!" no explanation just no. I won't be back there for anything.

Always a good experience here. I do wish they would answer the phone more and call back.
