The doctors are amazing here. They are so helpful and kind. The opticians are nice and helpful. They also took my vision insurance so that was a bonus. I ordered my contacts through them, but did not receive my glasses through there so I cannot attest to that but I will say there is a huge selection of frames.

My first appointment was great! Then I called to check on my glasses, and the woman was very rude on the phone. After that o went to pick my glasses up and the women sitting there gave me the dirtiest look when I walked in. They didn't greet me and I had to do all the communicating the lady helping me didn't speak more the 2 words.

Dr Wells is absolutely the BEST optometrist I have ever in my lifetime encountered he is incredibly kind professional patient compassionate detailed experienced intelligent and caring and there is something much greater to be had when the level of care is this incredibly comforting having an actual doctor in person takes the entire examination to an completely different level of detail and individual vision needs than the random tele appointments on screens (I recently had a horrible experience with the tele vision assessment people at a different company and I will never put my children my husband or myself through anything like that ever again) from the moment I first entered into this vision center I felt very comfortable and well looked after he and his staff went over and above to make sure that I had a GREAT experience as long as he remains with this vision center I am in for life and I highly recommend Huber Heights Walmart Vision Center and specifically Dr Wells God Bless You Dr Wells and staff and Thank You Very Much For Everything!!!

About 2 months ago i went this Walmart.I have bought numerous prescriptions from this Walmart.I went in to get an adjustment.There was a young red haired woman there. She was very RUDE! She looked directly at me and said"I have fixed your glasses 100 times, and i will not do it anymore".I have never met this person or seen her at this Walmart. I was shocked at her nasty mouth.I told her I will never come back here again, I will tell everyone i know that the optician here was very rude.The other opticians have always been nice and respectable. I am disappointed, that i will have to go somewhere else for my glasses.
