Corrective Eye Center

The dr here is extremely rude and lacks empathy. They have no other doctors but him so I definitely will not be back.

I can no longer recommend this company. I WISH I could give minus stars for my last visit. Do not trust a company that has ONE phone number for THREE locations: They are not about customer service -- only booking. You cannot get anyone to call you back if you have questions. I had questions, important to my eyesight and, after three attempts to have someone contact me, no one called me back. It's only my EYESIGHT. My original doctor was fine, but he cancelled my appointment because he had surgeries -- didn't someone know ahead of time that he would have surgeries? I re-booked with a much less experienced, not clear at all in her assessment doctor whose judgment I did not trust in the least. The staff varies from nice and competent to the people who operate the more advanced equipment -- they never seem to know what they are doing. I believe the other comment that said that they do not fully train you. I went there for years and I NEVER saw the same staff twice -- I think THAT speaks volumes.

This was my second visit with Corrective Eye Centers in Independence. I'm always leery of visiting new doctors offices because people, a lot of times, just aren't nice. I genuinely like this office and the kindness of the staff. From the front desk all the way to the doctor, everyone was kind and I can appreciate that. Had to see a different doctor today because the one I saw last year has retired. Dr. Louis is great! Discusses everything about your eye health in detail and answers all of your questions. I definitely recommend this office for your eye care needs.

They don't schedule appointments after 2:30pm. How do you expect people who work to be able to come? Obviously the doctors are not willing to help patients enough to work later than 3pm!! Find another doctor who cares more!!

I have great confidence in the services that I receive from Corrective Eye Center! Highly recommend them.

We had to wait two hours after our appointment!!! No one answers the phone if you call for a question do not come here. Complete waste of time.

If you're thinking about laser surgery this is the best place to go in the area the staff there are very knowledgeable and the doctors are highly skilled and professional there is never a long wait you can get in and out less than an hour

Great service and excellent staff. My doctor was extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist.
