Bought $800 glasses that I couldn't see as well as with my left eye as I did with my old glasses. Was told to wear them at least a month so I did for over 2 months. No improvement. Now they say in my chart Dr Weber wanted to refer me to opthamologist for cataracts and I refused and ordered glasses against medical advice. Not true! Also why didn't they tell me when I was ordering $800 glasses that Dr didn't think they would work? I am so upset by these blatant lies and their not caring. They have always been so sweet and kind. But that went out the window for fear of losing money.

Long time customer, lousy service since Larry left. Presc didn't work for me. Took a week to get help. Acted like they could care less. Tough to work when you can't see. I'll be looking for a new eye doctor (pun intended).
