Came to this location to get another pair of glasses.The lady that helped me was very short with me. She act like she didn't even wanna be there. She kind of rushed me through the process, so I just pick any glasses that looked good on my face. She wasn't any kind of help very rude very unprofessional didn't really help me at all. kept asking questions about my insurance. I told the lady that I was going to pay with a credit card. She was very rude nasty demeanor, nasty attitude. I don't even wanna go back to this location. I'd rather go somewhere else and take my business elsewhere. That lady needs to retire she's tired. The only lady in this place is the lady with the glasses on, and I believe she has braids or something in her hair. She's a very nice very professional. Y'all need more people like her and get rid of them old hags that don't want to help you properly. It's so sad and it's around Christmas time. SMH....

If you have all day to wait for an eye exam, then this may be the place for you, otherwise do not come here. I showed up for my 11 o'clock exam and got the "We'll be with you in a minute". 30 minutes later I finally stood up and asked what the deal was and the lady at the front desk said, "oh, I didn't see you there ". The lady next to me said she had been waiting for well over an hour and still hadn't got her actual exam. Needless to say I canceled the exam.

Very efficient, the optometrist was exceptional, staff was very courteous and helpful. Note: Not all Americas Best Stores are equal. Springdale on Kemper Rd. is where you'll want to go.

Kelli at the front desk is terribly rude. It was thunder storming so I called the store informing them that I was running about 5 minutes late due to an accident on the highway. I arrived 7 minutes late and was told my appointment was cancelled because of the extra 2 minutes. Kelli was not friendly in delivering this information and she cancelled my appointment prematurely.

Decent once you get into the actual exam, but that takes around an hour. Every single time I've come to this location, I've waited in the waiting room for at least an hour, even when it isn't busy. On one occasion, the optometrist didn't come in until 45 minutes after the office opened which led to the wait. Other than that, all of the staff is extremely pleasant. Just make sure you actually do allot 90 minutes as they suggest.

Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and a Waste of Time I scheduled an appointment for 3:50 PM and, running slightly behind, called at 3:20 PM to notify them I would be late. Despite this courtesy, they abruptly canceled my appointment by 4 PM. When I called to clarify, I was told my appointment had been *reinstated* and to come in immediately. I arrived just minutes later--only to be rudely turned away by a dismissive staff member (a puffy black woman who couldn't be bothered to show basic professionalism). No apology, no explanation--just pure indifference after wasting my time. If this is how they treat patients, they have no business in "eye care"--because they clearly lack the vision to run a competent practice. Avoid at all costs.

The staff was friendly and informative. I got my appointment in a timely manner and highly recommend them for glasses and contacts.

This is an outstanding great place to go for contacts and glasses! Dr.Saenz got my prescriptions right on and he is a kind and caring doctor. I was very impressed with all the ladies that work here, very friendly and very helpful in picking out and sizing your glasses. Tiffany was great and Milana, the manager is awesome!
