Buyer Beware. I highly recommend NOT using America's Best. First Eyeglasses: Screws kept coming loose and eventually frame broke. Second Eyeglasses: Not the same prescription, I have problem wearing. Third Eyeglasses: I bought frames to put the the first eyeglass lenses in and whoever did the work put a screw in that was totally different in style and color from the other screws. It wouldn't tighten down. It was not stripped, it was the wrong size. I will never go back to America's Best.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the receptionist giving me incorrect information. I stopped in to make my appointment and was told if you buy a second pair they would be 40% off. I told her that I could get a pair of safety glasses for working in my shop and she got out the safety frames for me to look at. I came back for my appointment the receptionist said she had left out the safety frames for me to look at. I went through the process of getting my eye exam. And the to order my glasses then I was told safety glasses couldn't be discounted! Everyone Was very helpful and professional with the exception of the incorrect information I was given about the second pair discount.

The receptionist kindly reminds you when your prescription is about to expire with a nice phone call. Customer service is outstanding!

I've had an horrible experience at this specific America's best. The staff are unnecessarily rude and snappy! I was supposed to receive a text when my glasses arrived and never did, when this was brought to their attention I received the response " I don't know what to tell you " which is completely unprofessional. 100% would recommend you spend your money elsewhere

I had a bad experience with the receptionist who does the reminder calls. She was very rude and canceled my appointment. I called back and sw Tammy and she was able to rebook me and treated me with the utmost respect. She's great! When I arrived to check in, that same receptionist was there and she would barely acknowledge me, she whispered for some reason. Brent the GM took great care of me as well as the Opt. apprentice.

Made a eye exam appointment. They did all this pre testing .. then they explain they do remote eye exam .. so you dont actually see a eye doctor.. the doctor is sitting on a video screen.. then the doctor explains can we make another appointment? No im not making another appointment!! .
Do not go here !! You will waste your time !! And now I have a appointment on my insurance that did nothing !!

Had an appt done the pre exam the doctor works remotely.. the doctor said I had to do a few of the pre exams over again by then there was ppl ahead of me so I had to wait on them to do their pre exam then wait on them to see the doctor ahead of me.. I didn't have time for all that
