Comprehensive Eye Care

On time, which I appreciate. The office girls were very helpful, Lindsay was friendly and so I got past being "new" to the office. Dr Dirksen was efficient yet personable. Judy, who helped me with my choices of 2pairs and sunglasses had to put up with me for a while, but she was patient and helpful! Thank you all!

They called to reschedule my January appt for late February and when I asked for an earlier appt to replace my broken glasses, they recommended I go elsewhere. I cannot see without my glasses. Not a company I'm interested in doing business with.

I usually do not have an issue but I went in a while ago for my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call the day before confirming my appointment. I get there and she takes my information then, tells me I have no appointment. I show her the call and she just stares and goes "that's weird". So then she tells me well she could get me in right now but my insurance won't cover new glasses until next year. I ask if she's sure because the lady I spoke with on the phone told me my insurance would cover it. (I guess she meant just the exam.) So she tells me she's looking at my insurance and that it's not going to cover until next year, in a frustrated tone. So I was going to just let it go, but then I get a text message TWO WEEKS later my appointment was cancelled?! Which means my appointment did exist and I could have gotten an eye exam. I scheduled for next year, but really disappointed in my previous experience. I would have appreciated an "I'm sorry", it's called customer service. Very unprofessional.

They kicked me out because I returned my glasses, I tried to return a year later as a new patient and they acted as if I was the worst person on the planet and would not see me again. The doctor herself was very good at her job and that's why I wanted to return but the ladies they for your glasses on are rude and that's why I couldn't return I'm assuming anyways makes no sense they will see my kids and not me so I found my kids a new eye doctor and I finally after years of no eye doctor am trying a new establishment today

My whole family loves it here, staff is fun easy going and their selection of glasses is the best and orders always come in before expected.

Went for an appointment on Tuesday, when I first walked in the receptionist was immediately so helpful, I filled out my paperwork and they got me back within maybe 10 minutes of me being there.. Did the two little tests then they got me to a room & I realized I lost my necklace, they were so extremely helpful in helping me find it.. the eye doctor that I had (male one) was very nice and had a good sense of humor & the woman who checked me out for my glasses was seriously so sweet! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I really enjoyed my visit here. Everyone was so very nice. I haven't had to wear glasses for years but as I'm getting older I need them for night driving. The girls that helped me pick out my frames were very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely continue to go here for my yearly exam.
