I had a good experience at this pearl vision location. The dr was excellent. He was very friendly and professional. He made sure to do a thorough exam while also taking the time to explain what he was seeing in the current status of your vision. We also had good conversation outside of the eye exam. I'd say he's definitely one of the few good doctors that take the time to get to know you and cares. I would definitely recommend going here for your eye exam.
I'd also add that the prices of glasses and contacts are expensive here compared to other places. That is why I only gave 4 stars. The quality of the visit was great and made it worth it.

Very professional and were tolerant of my baby running around while I filled out paperwork and during my daughter's exam. The Doctor was very sweet and made her as comfortable as possible. They showed her frames and got her glasses ordered and out we went. It was nice besides my crazy boy trying to touch everything. Thank you guys for not making me feel like a burden with him. It means a lot.

Dr Landrum was great! Professional, friendly and thorough. Discussed options to help get me back into contacts with better vision than I previously experienced. The optician Steven was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and worked to save us money. Appointment time was kept and the store was clean.

The Dr there is extremely unhelpful and has strung me along 2 years with my vision problems I decided to give them another chance with the other doctor they have. Only to find out days after I scheduled my familys appt that they are unwilling to take more then 3 people from a family. Even though I scheduled online in appropriate time slots separately. So my only option was to cancel one of my families appts and go back another day. I have a family of 5. 3 of us with glasses and I'll take them some where I can schedule us close together. No thank you.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and my exam was quick but thorough. Brian explained that the pressures in my eyes are normal and showed the images that were taken. I had previously been told i have pigment dispersion and was curious if it had gotten worse. It has not.
The receptionist was also very kind, and the ma. Who helped me. Check out after i found glasses was also very kind. Great experience
