Dr. Jerry K. Shell, MD

First, I saw Dr. Ho (whose attitude was also abominable.) My condition continued to worsen despite following all of the doctor's instructions, so I called Dr. Shell who was on call. When I picked up the phone he said he knew who I was and that his office had been gossiping about my situation because it was "unusual." He immediately talked down to me as though it was normal for an infection to rapidly worsen while taking an antibiotic, and scolded me for the reason the infection occurred. I have never experienced an infection such as this and I have never been treated so dismissively by a medical professional. After experiencing his attitude and sending him a picture of the condition he chose to minimize, I told Dr. Shell that I would not be coming to his office after all and no longer wished to see him as a doctor. He refused to accept this and demanded more photos of my eye, and would not stop texting me. DO NOT come here if you wish to be treated like a human being, or if you wish to have your consent and confidentiality respected. These men are arrogant, negligent, and completely out of touch with the responsibilities of their profession. They have Bibles in their waiting room as though to give the illusion that they have an ounce of humanity, but their attitudes make it clear that they think their advanced degrees make them too good to listen to a word said by their patients.

I would not recommend him at all go to another doctor don't see any of the doctors in that practice

If I could give jerry 10 stars I would. Very professional and a kind person. I had a piece of metal in my eye and he took time and came in on a Sunday to help me.
