I am a repeat customer and I had my first visit with Dr. Amanda today due to availability. She exceeded my expectations! I had the pleasure of working with Andrea to pick out my frames that I know I will love! She went above and beyond by finding additional cost savings for me! The people are the reason for repeat customers! Thank you!

My husband could not see correctly out of the right lens in his glasses. It was bad enough that he is wearing his old glasses instead of the new ones. He took the glasses in for them to check and was told the glasses are good and if he wants to come back to be checked it's a $50 refraction price. Our insurance already covered a full exam. I guess I'll reach out to insurance they should at least know their preferred providers suck.

I will never go back to my eye doctor in Springfield Ohio. Was told my bill when I left my appointment 6 months ago of 200plus dollars was paid in full. I then get a bill of 64.00 dollars yes I threw it away figuring it was a mistake (which has happened more than once at this location). It's now June and the 64.00 bill was sent to collections. I called the GM come to find out it was not paid in full. I tried to explain what I was told at the appointment and if not paid you don't get your eye wear. The GM had the audacity to laugh at me. That's great customer service in the Springfield office.Never again and i would not recommend them to anybody.

1300.00+ for an exam and one pair of glasses. They said my cost up front would be 377.00 so I get my glasses and another bill for 117.00 so I call and the guy is on Iowa says he can't take that off my bill. Never again this place will take you to the cleaners. Beware

IF YOU MAKE THEM MAD THEY WILL TRY TO FIGHT YOU!!!!! .. This place is completely unprofessional Don't go here I had a horrible experience. There was a black lady with blue scrubs and nappy box braids that literally walked away in the middle of me talking because I didn't understand how the building was ran so of course that upset me and I started to storm out and was on the phone with my mom and said she had a ugly attitude and she turned around and said who are you talking to? I said you and then she's started taking her jacket off trying to fight me. The building just canceled my glasses and everything don't go here. It's so unprofessional and if you make them mad, they will fight you!!!!

I was in the area from out of town for Christmas - I'm not a regular patient - when I discovered I'd left my contacts / glasses 7 hours away. I called their office in the morning, the day after Christmas, hoping they could help me out. Within an hour, they had a pair of 'trial' / replacement contacts for me matching my specific (very bad) prescription that I was able to pick up from their office, free of charge. Super appreciative that they helped me out when they had no obligation to do so.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is the educate everyone about the retinal scan that they push when you check in. It's not explained as an option, it's given to you in sales terms that they tell you that insurance covers everything except the retinal scan. (depending on your insurance of course) The doctor looks at your retina during the exam. This is a standard part of your eye exam. What the insurance doesn't cover is the upsale of a picture of your retina. As it was stated today and in the past, they told me I had a $39 co pay. No I don't. You're trying to sell me a picture for $39. To which I decline. Stop pushing these sales with wording that makes people think they are required to buy them. This is my only complaint about this office and the fleecing of customers without FULLY explaining their options.
