Went there last year and the new ownership is more worried about money than their patients who have been going there through 3 generations of my family. I will be looking for where ever you lost Dr. Aimee Jeffers to and continue going to a Dr. who really cares for her patients. These guys hounded me like a criminal to pay when I was there when every time I've gone before they used to bill me or I would pay when I came back to pick up my contacts. They were none too pleased with that prospect.
I think the new owner needs to go ahead and close up shop since he's more worried about his money than long term patients. Hate to see Dr. Richard Barteldt lose his legacy to this guy who owns this now.
