I haven't left many reviews but I feel compelled to write this now. Casey Smith is rude and unprofessional. I will never return. Originally, I had a pleasant experience picking out frames and receiving an eye exam. When ordering my lenses Casey Smith, OD asked if I would like the same type as my old lenses from another optometrist, non-glare, work space lenses intended for computer use. I said yes. But the new lenses I received were not like my original lenses. These have a green/yellow tint. I was disappointed but tried my best to be ok with them, to get used to them, but never felt good with these lenses. When I returned to the office to discuss this issue I was met with reluctance but Casey Smith did agree to reorder my lenses. I waited two weeks and when I picked them up they were the SAME GREEN TINTED lenses. She just reordered the same lenses and didn't actually fix anything. When I expressed my disbelief and disappointment she was extremely condescending and blamed me for the error. I can't believe how unprofessional and rude she was to me. I spent a lot of money on these glasses, but I'm mostly upset about the way she talked to me and how she treated me. Her staff are pleasant, but she is not. Do not recommend.

Great experience! Dr.Smith does not rush through her exam, she is very professional, informative, caring and takes the time to answer your questions. Her staff is very helpful and the office is beautiful. I will definitely be a long term patient and so happy to finally find an optometrist that truly cares about her patients. Wow, friendly staff, Dr. Smith was great, she explained everything. The Lady's at the front desk went over billing , so there wasn't any unexpected shockers. Thank you for my wonderful experience. My husband and daughter will be coming also.

Dr. Smith completed my exam with attention to detail. She explained each step and was very empathetic toward my concerns. The facility is very state of the art and modern, unlike any optometry office I have been to in the past. I will definitely be a repeat patient and would recommend this office to anyone in need of a comprehensive eye exam.

Dr. Smith is very thorough, professional, kind, she spends quality time on education of eye health and does have your best interest in your care. The office is beautiful, bright, clean, and modern. This office takes care of my vision and that of my children ages 8 & 11. Dr Smith is excellent with all three. The office runs on schedule and I enjoy the online scheduling option. Our most recent office visit - in & out in 45 minutes with dilation. Perfect customer service from all employees.
