In terms of getting glasses proscribed to you, I don't recommend you letting them put those tear drops in your eyes when doing test in getting glasses. They'll say anything to try to get you to let them put em in your eyes but DON'T. I already started experiencing weird symptoms so just a heads up. Can't trust places like this anymore plus they try to let some machine blow air in your eyes and who knows what's in the air in that machine. 0.5/10 review smh

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had getting glasses. To start they had to reschedule my original appointment 2 weeks later and called to do it 20 minutes before the appointment. They over scheduled patience so it took an hour and a half to even be seen. Then another 35 minutes after picking my glasses to go back in and finish the exam. My glasses did arrive earlier than originally expected which is why I gave it a 2 star review but I wasn't informed until 20 minutes before they closed and when I called to ask if they could possibly stay open an extra 10 minutes the person that answered the call was rude and laughed then hung up the phone on me. I've worn glasses since I was 8 and this was by far the worst experience ever be ever had getting my yearly glasses. Will not be going back. I would rather pay full price out of pocket instead of just paying a co pay with my insurance to go back to that terrible place.

The server who was wiping down windows at the time seen that I walked up and never acknowledge me standing there just said is it anything I can get you from out of there. Came in to get my frames adjusted. They were adjusted...and the coating on 1/3 of each lens was badly scratched. Their next availability is three weeks out. Off to find someplace with slightly more care in their work.
