Went to order a replacement prescription glasses for me but they told they couldn't do it because of a billing issue with my insurance but I know they do a replacement glasses once a year. Not coming back here again I'm going somewhere else

The doctor did not display any patient treating a child or have any empathy for me as a parent with my concerns of waiting for an appointment for four months, and then the optometrist telling my child that they don't need glasses and being rude upon me as a parent, asking questions and having concerns due to my son seamlessly needing glasses. The physician changed his attitude, but only after being impatient with my child and me, shedding tears and response to his treatment of us.

So far great experience ! Great eye Dr took his time . Explained everything to me about my eyes , and the Vitamins I need to keep them healthy . The Tech who helped me with my glasses was very professional and kind . Took his time to measure all 3 pair perfect ! 2 pair of glasses and sunglasses ! Great prices . Highly recommend !!!

I honestly would not even give this place one star Dr. Shetler was beyond unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and just hateful to my 13-year-old son who was in there trying to get fitted for contacts. My son has never had them before and wanted to try them and he expected him to know what he was doing within the first 10 seconds he was huffing and puffing in his ear did not want me in the room and then when my son could not get it within the first try, he started coming out of the room and pacing up and down, once again, he was very unprofessional

Hate to leave a bad review. I had a month long ordeal with this optical center. Had an exam and ordered glasses. Waited a week to get them. Wore them for a week and the prescription was not correct. Went back for a second eye exam. Waited another week for glasses. Wore the glasses for another week and they still were not correct. Returned again only to be told I needed more expensive lenses and that this may not correct my problem. Asked for a refund which they gave me (excluding eye exam cost) and wasted 8 total trips back and forth to Springfield from Fairborn. Two weeks ago I got new glasses from a competitor and have had no issues with my new glasses or prescription. Not sure what went on with my many visits, but will no longer be back to this location. Everyone I dealt with was kind, but the inconvenience is why I leave only one star.

After 20+ years with this Visual Center, I'm done! The Dr. here is good. Visual Center staff is less than sub par. Ask for your script and move on!!!
After having both right & left lenses fall out of THEIR frames 2X in 2 months, having to have one lense reground and 2 months of them telling me I "just needed to adjust to new no line bifocals lenses script" after having no line bifocals for 20 years.
I went to Walmart in Beavercreek, Oh and they adjusted my frames with the most comfortable fit that I've had in MONTHS!
Don't use this place. So sad to have to say this. They are no longer customer oriented.
