This place has been charging me for a refraction I never agreed to, even though my insurance hasn't covered it for the past two years. I've called multiple times to dispute the charge, but they have consistently refused to remove it. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when it happened again, I realized it was a deliberate pattern. I will never return, as their practices are unlawful. Beware of this business and avoid them.

Was a great experience until this year. My last appointment was canceled with less than a 24 hour notice because of "rebranding" but I was assured they'll still be accepting my insurance. Sure enough, I just got the call with less than 48 hours until my next, rescheduled appointment to notify me that my eye care isn't accepted and won't be until 2026. They either don't respect their customers or don't care enough about their reputation to handle problems with any notice at all. Either way, I'm moving on. Odd they'll still charge customers a last minute cancelation fee when it seems to be common practice on their end..

I bought a pair of Nauticas back in February and the arm fell off. I brought them in to see what they can do for me, and they basically glued the arm back together. I went back in after the gluing to tell them that they were falling off my face... "Sorry, we cant adjust them after they've been glued"... why the hell didn't you tell me that before you glued them? Now I'm stuck with a 400 dollar pair of glasses that continuously fall off my face. These people never offered me an insurance plan (which I almost never opt out of), and the best they could do, was charge me for a new set of frames for 100 bucks I can't tell you how fast my mood changed when she said that. I asked for my script, and headed out. I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope with enough luck, this place goes under. This is not how you treat your customers.

Ever since Dr. Schmid sold, this place has been nothing but a joke and I can't even believe it's still in business. Don't look here for an eye doctor, you can't get a hold of anyone in the office. Scheduling has no idea what's going on. Abysmal at best.

Since Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons took over, this place has been horrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful, no clear answers about insurance taken, and have had appts rescheduled and canceled. We miss Dr Schmidt. Will not be back and definitely do not recommend anyone else go here either.

Office since Dr. Schmidt has left has been in constant turmoil. Now they're rebranding to a different name and they are Cancelling all appointments with folks that have VSP As their insurance. They have called and rescheduled my appointment on several occasions and I'm in the health profession and cannot just show up for an appointment at their leisure stay away. Do not recommend zero out of five stars.

I had a 1:30 p.m. appt. ClearVision called that day and asked if I could come in earlier. I agreed to a noon appt. I arrived at 11:50 a.m. with another patient. She told the receptionist, she had a 12:10 p.m. appointment. She was called back to see the doctor before me. I was not informed why I was passed over. I waited 20 minutes and then left. On the way home, I realized ClearVision had double-booked me. Unacceptable.

I've been to a lot of doctor's offices, vision centers hospitals throughout my life. But none of them have ever been as spectacular as Clear Vision Center. From the consult all the way through the end of recovery, this whole office has been incredible. Dr. Vrabec was not only very knowledgeable and great at what he does, but he's also very personable and caring. He was available day or night and made the entire experience as smooth as possible. And each person on staff is just as capable and welcoming. Very happy with the results and definitely would recommend.
