My appointment was at 1:30. I was not taken back till 2. I then saw three different techs for tests. The first one started to put something in my eyes without telling me what it was. Finally at 3:30 I saw the Dr. who I believe is competent however has no patient communication skills. She literally told me my diagnosis and the procedure she wanted to do of putting a laser hole in my eyes without any further explanation. But didn't tell me alternatives or doing a good job explaining. I started asking questions. I was just appalled and am looking for someone who wants to better talk to me about my situation.

Donna G. recognized the urgency of the situation, and scheduled an appointment ASAP. We flew home early, Dr. Stevens answered all of my questions, and surgery was scheduled quickly. I
believe that Dr. Stevens performed an excellent, very thorough, surgical procedure on my eye.

I would not recommend this practice! When I called to make my appointment I explain to the woman on the phone that this was my first appointment and I was having trouble seeing far distances. When I showed up to my appointment the woman who is at the counter was so extremely rude! She said they had booked me with an eye surgeon and she has no idea why they would book me with her and she kept saying that and making me feel super uncomfortable. It was not my fault they booked me with the wrong person. I did not feel comfortable at this clinic I did not feel like a patient. I did end up going to an eye appointment at eyecare specialties in solon which I highly recommend.
