Dave is so nice and took care of me, I lost a screw in my glasses and I called and he took me right in and took him two seconds to fix them and even cleaned them for me so hats off to Dave thanks again Dave

Staff needs to get their act together a bit more. Came in for exam and purchased glasses. Called for three days and was told they were on the way and will be ready in a day or so then called again the next day and am told that I still have to pay even tho I paid cash and that the glasses wernt even sent out yet. Reminder this is for my young daughter so she has her glasses for camp. Had to drive 40 mins just for them to tell me it's a computer mistake. I think the mistake was with Tracey, a receptionist and the computer operator Who incompetently miss placed or just completely didn't send it in because she was too busy with some employee gossip. She is ill mannered and doesn't have a place for costomer service. Noted I am still waiting on there correction.

Took a disabled relative for an eye appointment and received great service from the doctor and staff.
Also stopped a couple of days later myself to get my nose guards replaced. The optician in training did that and also cleaned and tightened my glasses making them like new. I went when I saw they weren't busy and they took great care!

I have been to Walmart eye center 5 years ago to now.I have never had an issue with service ect. The Dr's and staff ate friendly, nice respectful people.Ive gotten 3 new pare of glasses in the 5 years I've been going here. I'm about to schedule another appointment for my yearly eye exam.

My frames cracked on a pair of glasses asked if they could find some frames that would match up to my lenses. They wouldn't even look at them. Both of those guys were like it was a major inconvenience never even took one look. Yeah thanks for nothing
Won't waste time going there again for nothing. I'm sure they don't care because they still get paid to sit there and do nothing.

I went there yesterday (Saturday May 13th), because a very kind, knowledgeable mature-aged woman, (wish I had read her name tag), working at around 1pm, offered to make sure that my glass lenses that I bought online, after getting my eyes examined at the Stow location Walmart, matched my prescription, in which she said that they did. God bless her for offering to figure that out for me so that I could rule that out. Happy Mothers Day mam!

Stay away from the ravenna Walmart location! Completely different experiences! Started at ravenna, that location is a joke. Went to streetsboro and was so happy for the excellent service!!
