Absolutely LOVED my experience with Specs ! I have had glasses for almost 30 years and this was the best experiences I have ever had getting new glasses. My husband also had a great experience. Jim was really patient as I evaluated all the frames and helped me narrow down my options. It was just great overall, and a wonderfully curated selection of frames. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Ripken did both of eyes with cataract surgery. The first one was a average surgery. The second one was a big surprise. My cataract was over 6 times of an average cataract. There was high risks of things happening. He did such a fantastic job and I had no complications during or after. His bedside manner is gentle and understanding to say the least. I woul recommend him totally.

Absolute pleasure. Dr. Ripkin is relatable, professional and knowledgeable. My fiance had a tiny piece of metal lodged in his eye. Dr. Ripkin removed it during the visit without any pain. We were pleased with services provided from the front desk to the exam room. The facility is clean and calm.

If I could give him a 0, I would. He came in the room first time meeting him, never said hi or introduced himself. My husband has thyroid eye disease and he told him he needs glasses. His eyes are protruding out of his head. No glasses can fix that. My husband refused glasses and Dr. Ripken threw his hands up and said he can't help him.
