Saw Dr. Foster, & had terrible experience, seemed that all she cared about is making money and did not even listen to the patient... Maybe OK for just a simple eye exam, but she acted very presumptuous like she knew everything (she was wrong it turns out about my issue specifically after getting other opinions) so not for actual eye issues!! I will never be back! Cleveland Clinic in general is always more expensive as they charge you a HEFTY facility fee just to walk in the door and then there's also extra charges for each doctor & every code they run etc but they are getting carried away & are turning into big money making machines instead of patient focused practices!

We see Dr. Foster, she is amazing! She sees my handicap son, she is great with him. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to non speaking patients with disabilities. i am very picky about his doctors and we will see no one else but her.
I can't speak for the people who sell you the glasses or their brands. They are two different entities.
So for a great Doctor, I say Dr. Lindsey Foster is the one

I have come here in the past and saw Dr. Lamier in the past and she was absolutely wonderful! Not too mention the staff that answers the phones too. Today I saw Dr. Rockwood and he was absolutely amazing. He was sweet and kind and very thorough. He went over every possibility and gave me multiple options to move on from for the future too. I was beyond impressed by his bedside and would highly recommend him to others.

Initial things went great I saw Dr. Foster and she seemed to know what she was doing. I got both glasses & contact lenses. Had issues with both abd went back several times to correct them. She couldn't figure it out so she stopped responding to my messages and told me to see someone else. I went to one of her colleagues who wasn't any help. Finally went to America's Best and they were able to fix the issue. The issue was It was to the brand of contact she prescribed. Very disappointed she didn't follow through with this issue. For that reason I will never go back to cole eye.

Not a fan at all. They will not bill my insurance which is eyemed and billed my medical instead. Why do I have vision insurance for a yearly exam and the entire thing went on my medical deductible? Caled to request itemeized billing so I could submit to eyemed for reimburesment and never received. my family wil not go back and the gentlemen at the counter is RUDE

The center is fine, but I don't understand why they charge two different fees to get glasses prescription and contacts prescription if I want both at the same time. It's the same eye exam!

Usually they are very professional however on this day my wait was longer than usual because he took a woman that could not speak English over me because the interpretation was on the phone.
