What happened to this business-they sent me weekly email, text messages and even called me a few times and left voicemails-to remind me I need to make an appointment. So I finally did- I love Dr K-had my eyes examined and ordered my glasses-and still no glasses. No frequent emails-texts one phone call ...crickets. I cancelled my order-still deciding if I will be back to see Dr. K. Just very disappointed in this business. Think twice about going here.

Terrible experience here. Went for an appointment that they scheduled a year ago and they said they cancelled the appointment because it was not confirmed. I never got a phone call or text, nothing from them. They set up the appointments, did not call me and then just cancelled them. What a waste of time. Will not return.

We stopped by while driving through the area on a trip. My son had lost his glasses and we needed to get a 5 second pupillary distance measurement so I could order some replacement glasses that would arrive at home when we did. They graciously offered to do this 5 second measurement for $30. I understand why the term "Northern Hospitality" doesn't exist. Thanks for nothing...

2023 Update: sadly Pinnacle sold out to a national chain and now my rating is a 2 star at best. They no longer use a local lab so turn around time is much, much longer. When I call the office I cannot get a person on the phone without entering multiple prompts, and have even been sent to voice-mail after all that. It's also a huge disappointment to have to pay the entire lens and frame charges at time of order. Pinnacle used to only require 1/2 down and the remainder at pickup. This was much more convenient for the customer. Local is always better than a national chain! Your customers are noticing and are not pleased.
2019: Totally understand how they won the title of "Best of Toledo"! Staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you are not just a number, but a valued client/patient. Wish I would have gone to them sooner.
