Great doctor. She does a thorough job at checking to make sure everything is correct. So that way you can get the right pair of glasses or corrective lenses that you need. She explained everything as she was going to do it, beforehand. I would definitely recommend anybody that needs corrective lenses or glasses or contacts. To contact her office, and set up an appointment. Very good service all the way from the front desk to the nurses and to the doctor. Thanks for the great job.

Dr. Bailey is always friendly and thorough. She listens to my concerns and respects by input. She is gentle with the glaucoma exam that I always had problems with the past. In fact, I don't get nervous or jumpy anymore during this procedure.

The location is clean and easy to access. The front desk representatives are efficient and friendly. 5 stars! Dr. Bailey as well as her nurses/techs, were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. 5 stars! A friendly and knowledgeable optician selected multiple frames that work best for my prescription, face structure, skin/eye/hair tones, and personality. She helped me through the many lense options and provided recommendations based on my prescription. She explained my insurance details and out of pocket expenses. I never would have picked up off the shelf the frames I ended up selecting had I been on my own to chose, yet I am confident that I made the right decision. 5 stars! I can't wait to get my new glasses! If I can correctly see through the lenses, I will have lenses replaced on 2 pair of glasses I purchased last year at a different eye center.

My first visit with Dr. Bailey was great. She is professional and straightforward. She provided good information with the questions I had. Her staff is attentive and helpful as well as professional.

Dr. Bailey is an excellent optometrist. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain any concerns I had with her. I felt comfortable asking her about anything I was concerned on. She did a great job explaining everything she was doing along with explaining any changes to my vision.

Dr. Bailey saw me on an emergency basis as I had, I thought, lost two daily contact lenses in my left eye. She came in with a smile introducing herself and then stating her understanding of my issue. After a thorough exam Dr. Bailey explained with a smile there were no daily contacts in my left eye. I had managed to get one lense out the night before so there was only one remaining. I told her I could feel it and pointed to where I thought it was. When she was done with the exam she said there were no lenses in my left eye. She had performed one test twice just to be certain there were none. It was quick and she was great! All was well so she sent me happily on my way!

This is my first visit. The staff was kind and efficient. All of my questions were answered clearly. There were several issued I had that Dr Bailey and her assistant addressed with humor and empathy. I loved feeling knowledgeable about both my condition and where my treatment was heading.

Took mom to see Dr Bailey after her long time eye doctor retired. We were pleasantly surprised to see how much she knew and how much she cared. She caught things that should have been discovered a while ago. So happy our whole family will have her as our primary eye provider!
