This place was FULL of patients, yet the wait was minimal. They really know how to keep things moving while retaining an air of friendliness. All of the staff was fantastic! The testing is thorough. The explanation of what is to be done next is carefully given. And Dr. Tolchen is fantastic! What a nice doctor!

I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. That was a good thing because there is no person to check you in. You check in at a computer kiosk! After wading through that ordeal, I was finally taken to a room, 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once in the room, everything went very smoothly and I was.done in about 30 minutes. So, I waited longer for the appointment than the actual appointment took to complete. NOT GOOD!

I think blood pressures should be taken after a procedure to make sure The patient is ready to leave. My guy started to faint as we were checking out. The doctor came right away got him a chair and gave him some juice. This could've been avoided if they would just take blood pressure readings after the procedure. Everyone was so nice, but you have to be careful. I would still recommend this place for appointments.
