Scheduled an appointment online, selected my insurance provider and everything went smoothly then got a call to give my insurance information only to be told that they don't except VSP even though it is listed as an insurance option on the website. The lady just said our website is outdated and you could just pay out of pocket or use it out of network... I selected this company because they had high ratings and took my insurance. Disappointed with the misinformation from a larger company... do better.

Awesome experience! As soon as I walked in Linda greeted me with a smile. She checked my vision insurance for me and was patient while I was trying on glasses. She gave me honest feedback on the frames I picked out and didn't rush me. She suggested add-ons for my choices, but wasn't pushy, which made me feel comfortable. I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses for the same price as a single pair. I do have a strong RX and wanted the extras like transitions and the poly lenses, but they are worth the extra money spent. After all, we're talking about my vision and I'm worth it!

Penny was absolutely amazing! We drove in from Windsor, and she made the trip more than worth it--helping my daughter and me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses with such care and attention. The entire staff was wonderful--friendly, professional, and even adjusted and cleaned my old frames without hesitation. We felt truly taken care of. Can't wait to come back again!

The staff, especially Penni and Steve, went above and beyond to help me and my daughter with her glasses. They took the extra steps and time with us to have the glasses that evening, since we came from an hour and a half away. We originally ordered glasses from a vision center closer to our home, but the glasses were not coming in time for my daughter's surgery in just a few days. Needless to say, the team at Eyeglass World stepped up and made it happen Many thanks to the team, Especially Penni and Steve!! We appreciate you!!!

Went to Eye Glass World in Toledo today, and from start to finish it was an amazing process. My appointment was at 10:30. The tech who checks you in and does your pre appointment was super friendly and kind, got me right back into the doc. The Doc himself was very kind and personable and then when I got the front, Amanda, helped me with all my questions, was so patient, kind and was able to get me one of my pair of glasses same day!!!! She also helped me navigate using my insurance while also getting a second pair of glasses for basically pennies. I couldn't be more happier with my entire experience. Drove 30 minutes from Michigan and will happily do it again.

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. Everything I was looking to get for my eye glasses they fulfilled. I would recommend this company before I would target.

The AM, Amanda, is phenomenal! She is one of the most professional, yet down to earth, individuals I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond in assisting me with adjustments on my existing glasses and helping me pick out the perfect new pair! Her expertise in optometry is evident and the suggestions and recommendations she made were not only helpful, but clearly the best for my individual needs. The entire time I was there she never once made me feel rushed or as if her priorities were elsewhere. In fact, she made me feel as though there was no one else in the entire store but me! Her attention to detail and knowledge in her craft set her apart from so many associates nowadays, in any industry. I hope Eyeglass World realizes the true value of this gem, and recognizes her desire to go above and beyond, not because she has to, but because it's just who she is! I also hope her team appreciates just how lucky they are to have her as second in command! Anyone and everyone in need of an eye exam, glasses, contacts, or anything related to their eye health, should RUN to Eyeglass World in Toledo and ask for Amanda!

Lost my only pair of glasses this morning. I was so overwhelmed, and I drove an hour to this location to get same day glasses. I have had no luck finding same day glasses anywhere, until today!! The staff was so kind and helpful. Props to Amanda specifically, she was so educated in the process and provided the support I needed. I was very flustered, and she had so much patience and helped me process what to do to get what I needed at the best cost for me. I walked out with two pairs of glasses (covered by insurance) within 4 hours. Safe to say, my life was saved today. Thank you to Amanda and the staff for turning a very upsetting morning into an evening full of relief. I will definitely be back next year for new lenses.
