The experience I had at this store was spectacular. When My family and I walked in I was greeted by both of the employees and was helped immediately. The selection for glasses was quite an eye full and both my wife and I had to take a minute to figure out which one we had wanted because there was just so many. The lady that helped me was Cynthia. She was very polite and professional. I would recommend this store to everyone I know. The employees the selection of glasses and the store it's self all deserve 5 stars

Don't purchase glasses from
My Eye Lab on Monroe St. near Kroger. I ordered these glasses from there. When I went to pick them up, this is how they were given to me. The arms were completely stretched out of shape. I place them on my face and they immediately fell off. There was NO effort made to adjust them to ensure they were an adequate fit. They were just handed to me. I wish these glasses could be returned and my insurance company refunded.

I went in here after the place that did my exam didn't have enough selection of frames. The frames I was originally given to try on that were approved through my insurance looked like a goodwill rack of frames that nobody wanted. I came here, & Cynthia & April were amazing. They encouraged me to try things on despite me feeling embarrassed to do so, gave me honest feedback which I appreciate, & beyond all of that they really cared to make sure I got exactly what I needed & wanted coming in here. Before, I had trouble simply picking out one pair of glasses that I liked enough. Thanks to these guys, I was able to find 2 pairs and get the best price on them! These two are knowledgeable, polite, funny, and genuine and really will take all the time you need to make sure you leave happy!!

I have nothing but, GREAT things to say about the staff there at Eyelab. It's been years since I had an vision exam. However, Cynthia and April made this appointment one of the most comfortable experience for me. My eye exam was over and done with before I knew it. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a great deal and AMAZING Customer Service, 5 Stars Ladies !!!

Things to know-it's actually a "virtual" eye exam. First time I've ever experienced something like that. They will utilize your insurance benefits if you have them, but it does cancel out their "promotions" which I wasn't told until we were literally in the last phase. Decent selection of frames and staff was friendly.

The staff is biased i.e, to centered about well dressed customers. I've seen them reject several customers, all though the customers insurance or bank cards were accepted. An older gentleman had a sever stroke, and his communication was a little defective. The receptionist or staff member was really rude, biased and rejected his bank card; he only wanted frames. 1week later, I accompanied him, the same lady was courteous and, with the same bank card, she served him and he transacted the purchase for himself. Also, there are several incidents of acquaintances, several African Americans has said they were rejected or biasedly profiled although their insurance and bank cards were accepted. Most of the negative experiences were describe her as a brunette, in her mid thirtes to early forties and a little heavy. They were basically describing the rude receptionist or staff member.
