I went in for an eye exam and glasses they were in network for Paramount Elite. Dr Hohenberger was fantastic. Alli the person who helped me choose glasses and give me pricing was unprofessional, extremely unknowledgeable about the products and pricing. I inquired how long she had worked here and she stated 1.5 years. I had a 200.00 dollar allowance from Paramount and she wanted me to come out of pocket an additional 225.00. I left went to Costco and Eric was fantastic told me about a number on the frame to dictate width and I was happy with the entire process although I have to submit a receipt to Paramount to be reimbursed. Entire cost with designer frames and top of the line lenses was 135.98

Wonderful experience from beginning to end-- scheduling and check in was a breeze. The technician doing the initial testing and intake was very friendly. Doctor was very kind and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Loved how thorough he was in explaining the tests that were run. Picking out glasses was quick and easy with lots of affordable options. From start to finish, cannot say enough wonderful things! Will definitely be recommending my family and friends here.

My husband and I both went to get our yearly glasses decided to try MyEyeDr on Secor because I was also getting safety glasses for work and this was one of my options to get them done. We should have turned around and left as soon as we walked in and the male receptionist after asking our names made it a point to say that there is an automatic $39 charge for some type of special test (has always been an option at any other eye dr even the Mayberry Square location) we decided to go ahead with the appointment anyway. The Dr was nice and pretty thorough with the exam. We then pick our frames and lenses (we had to get the bare minimum of options due to the prices which again has never been that high anywhere else). Fast forward to picking up our glasses and as soon as I put mine on I knew they were not right was handed a card and said to read a line they didn't care which line just that I could read one. They was told to give it a couple weeks and I would adjust to them. Husband seemed happy enough with his Eyewear although he has been getting headaches. Fast forward another 10 or so days and my safety glasses came in and I went to pick them up and I was pleasantly surprised the script was great and I could see perfectly fine. I then noticed a big gouge in my frame and mentioned it to the tech she went on to say "Oh my I didn't notice that when checking them in" and that she would let another person who was not in office at the time and see what could be done since "they didn't make this pair in house" it was sent out (which would probably explain why I could see fine in them. I then received a VM message stating they could try to submit for a remake but unsure if that would be possible since it was not through them. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything else about it. So I guess it goes without saying we will not be returning and thankfully my eye benefits restart again in January so I can hopefully get a pair that I can actually see out of.

I just started wearing eye glasses in February. In August my face on both sides where the arms sit broke out and the inside of my glasses started to corrode. I came back in to ask for help and they knew right away what the problem was. I sweat a lot from working out and just in general and my face broke out from the gold metal on the arms of the glasses. They allowed me to pick out a new pair and suggested plastic so it wouldn't happen again. I love my new pair. Even the specialist was like excited when I placed them on. A great experience!

Everyone was incredibly nice- the two ladies up front answered my questions as a new client and broke everything down for me, the guy who asked me the questions/did the pictures of my eyes/put me in the room was kind and the doctor explained everything on exam and if it was normal vs not normal. Made changing eye doctors a stress free experience, highly recommend!

I'm very comfortable with the staff. The facility is clean and welcoming very professional and they have a great selection of a frames, with different options on your lenses I've already told my sister about it and she loves it as well.
