I've been a patient of Donna's (@ Northwest Ohio Eyecare) for six going on seven years. I love the atmosphere at her office in that she makes you feel right at home. The office I go to off Central Ave is close to almost anything in the Toledo Area. The one thing is I wish there were certain days of the week where walk-ins were welcomed or perhaps same day appts. I've dealt with a few rude secretaries there 2-3 times in the past but Donna's kind heart and sincerity is the reason for all 5 stars!

Excellent service and worked me in in no time at all but the only thing that was wrong is that I am on Medicaid and she knew that and she prescribed me a prescription that cost $400! Otherwise I am very very pleased so I'm sure this problem can be rectified.
