The suit wearing blonde WHATEVER HER NAME IS; rude, doesn't have good customer service & you was actually texting while in the appointment with my husband and I. We are only guilty for being late because we had to get our daughter. However, they could have told us the appointment was going to have to be rescheduled. She was really rude, and very very unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job JUST SAY THAT. 0/5. Wouldn't recommend this place because of her. Also the "deals" they run definitely need to be the right person to qualify for anything.

Candace help me today. She was very helpful and patient while I was asking a million questions. Edit: changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I was charged $20 for something called contact club. Even with all the questions I asked it wasn't mentioned. I might have signed up for the club if it was mentioned to me, but it was just added to my bill. I was told I was buying a year supply of contacts but I only buying 6 months of contacts in my left eye. I came in and returned all my contacts. I will not support a business that uses these predatory practices.

I came by Stanton Optical the first time and got my eyes checked. The assistant then led me to a room where I had my eyes checked by a doctor on a zoom call and he rushed through the whole thing. I tried my new prescription for a few days but I ended up hurting my eyes and head by the end of the day. So I called to talk about the issue and made an appointment for a revision via phone. I then came for a second check up and was rudely told by the receptionist that it was my fault for not going to this specific specialist they have for my eye check up (who was in a random corner out of sight, did not know of her until the end of the appointment and it was the assistant who led me to that doctor on zoom). The receptionist then told me to make an appointment with that specialist because unfortunately she is occupied that day. I made an appointment with that specialist, came back the third time, and was told by the same receptionist that the specialist had gone on VACATION!!! It would have been nice to receive a phone call or notice about that before I came to the appointment!!! But since I was there, we all decided to proceed with the check up and I was once again led to the same room with that zoom doctor who half-assed my check up again. When the prescription came out, it was completely different from the first time mind you, where one eye stays the same and the other got completely worse? I gave up and just asked for a refund. I don't recommend this place. Most of the staff are friendly but that one zoom doctor and the receptionist truly does not care and WILL waste your time. They made the whole place look bad

Clean and helpful but they need to work on the wait time! It was empty but it took me an hour just for an eye exam. The exam itself was 10 minutes but the waiting before and after was very unnecessary.

Emily and Brittany did a wonderful job with helping me find the perfect glasses. I would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you ladies for allowing this old man to be able to see again.

Candace is the most helpful, kindest, and efficient person I've ever met at Stanton. I cannot recommend her and this place enough!

Horrible experience paid way more than I should have. I did not get glasses with my eye exam they told me I would have to pay for both separately and when I called the office in holland they told me that was not true. Will never be back again. False advertisement

Brittany, Candace and Cassandra were so wonderful and sweet. They helped me find glasses quickly and I love them both :) I can never tell if they fit properly because of my astigmatism and they gave me the help I needed. Thank you to those three women, because they have me a great experience and I will certainly be back
