Visited on: July 24, 2025 Omg!! Dr Rasor is AMAZING!!!! Went today to get 2 of my kids eyes checked and I must say I will DEF be back! At first I was so hesitant to drive all the way out there (I live in Holland, OH) but the experience Dr Rasor provided made it sooo worth the drive! He was patient & very through. He really took his time & was so patient while he did their exams. (My son has a little delay in understanding certain things) but that didnt let Dr Rasor stop from getting my son an accurate RX. He even gave me some different options because my son didn't like the glasses we picked out lol...But through out the whole thing, Dr was patient and throughly explained everything he was doing before, during & after the exam. And his staff is SO nice!! There were 2 ladies up front and even before we got there the 1 lady didn't even get frustrated when I kept switching my kids & husbands appt times lol..So thank her for not being upset with me! lol! But she was patient and so kind!! DEF top TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No pressure sales for upgrades or extra stuff either. They just told me what was covered under our vision insurance and what frames and extras were not & let me decide Side Note: The office manager named Amber from Dr. Marra & Assoc (in Sylvania) eyecare should take a training class from Summit Family Eye Care & their staff! SERIOUSLY a night and day experience between the 2! If I could give Summit Family Eye Care & Dr Rasor a 10 stars I would!! A++++++ .....

All the staff, and the eye doctors are friendly, lively and professional. Great place, good selection of glasses, takes most insurance.

New patients, Best eye exam we have ever had at 57 years old. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very clean inside! Large selection of glasses and good pricing.

After an appointment with a "Midwest" chain eye center, a first time prescription for glasses and then several follow ups because I still could not see, I finally decided to see another Dr. So glad I called SFEC! I initially spoke with Lorae and their Office Manager regarding some insurance concerns; in which they both took the time to listen, let me know my options, and offer to assist. I made my appointment, and saw Dr. Rasor who was amazing! He was so patient, personable, and took his time explaining everything! My exam there was 10x more thorough than that of the the other center. He did not rush anything! Come to find out, I was given the wrong prescription totally, and did not really even need glasses, and needed to just try readers to start. I was given samples and educated about having some dry eye issues as well. Lorae also came back in and told me that the Office Manager and herself were going to contact my insurance to explain the situation to see if they could help in any way due to coverage issues and out of pocket expenses. Either way, I wish I had gone there in the first place! HIGHLY X1000 RECOMMEND SUMMIT FAMILY EYE CARE! Thank you guys for everything! You all are wonderful!

Very professional!! Very helpful and informative. Office staff is always very helpful. I have seen both doctors and I highly recommend them!! I have been to other places and Summit Family Eye Care is the best!!
