The Shop at The Sight Center

I went here with absolutely no clue what to expect or what I was looking for other than I knew I wanted a decent talking watch for my relatively newly blind mother. The gentleman Adam that helped me the first day was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me some helpful items I didn't even think about someone without sight may need to make their daily life easier. Since then they have been in contact with my mother and helped sign her up for some services and an evaluation with instruction that can help make her daily life easier in her assisted living apartment. Basically im typing all this to say this place is 5 stars and if you know anyone who is legally or full blind and may be struggling to maintain their independence. This is the place to start. I was amazed at all the things they have to offer. Thank you to the entire staff. Sincerely.

I went to the sight center to get eclipse glasses. Few places in town had any left. I do not online shop. A week later, my 96 year mom needed a bedside digital clock with BI G numbers. Got a great one for $22. They always have what we need. Thank God for them.
